TUTORING & SERVICES
In addition to small-group classes, Worldly Scholars offers a wide array of educational services. These services are individualized in nature and involve consultations to jointly set expectations, schedules, etc.
Private Tutoring
We offer bespoke tutoring that is designed to meet the specific needs of individuals or small groups of students. The reasons for tutoring vary, and may include: a need to get caught up in school, a desire to get ahead, exploring a particular academic or personal interest or preparing for standardized exams or admissions interviews. No matter the purpose, tutoring clients can expect the highest level of individualized attention possible.
We’ve worked with students as young as first grade and as old as thirty year old graduate students, on a whole range of subjects and projects. We only take on cases that make sense for all parties involved, ensuring long-term relationships that get stronger over time.
Academic Editing
As experienced educators with an intense focus on the improvement of writing, we often provide editing services to a broad range of students. In the past, this has taken the form of one-off personal statement support, asynchronous editing of high school essays and ongoing editing support for college students. This service can be arranged on an hourly or project-specific basis.
Other Services
We also have experience with curriculum planning, preparing academic resources and planning educational travel. Having worked in the Chinese education sector for years, we’re also interested in partnerships and projects in the field.
